If Not For You - Poem

This is one of my favorites. let me know what you think.

I JUST DON'T FEEL STRONG ENOUGH,
TO COPE WITH THINGS THAT MAKE ME BLUE.
AND I JUST DON'T FEEL STRONG ENOUGH,
TO LAUGH AT THINGS THE WAY YOU DO.

I JUST KNOW I'M STRONG ENOUGH,
THAT I WILL MAKE IT THROUGH,
IF NOT FOR YOU.

I JUST DON'T FEEL SURE ENOUGH,
TO PULL THE REIGNS SO HARD.
I JUST DON'T FEEL SURE ENOUGH,
TO LAY DOWN MY LAST CARD.

I JUST KNOW I'M STRONG ENOUGH,
THAT I WILL MAKE IT THROUGH.
IF NOT FOR YOU.

I JUST DON'T FEEL PLEASANT NOW,
BUT I WILL MAKE IT THROUGH.
I JUST DON'T FEEL BRAVE RIGHT NOW,
BUT I WILL MAKE IT THROUGH.

I KNOW I AM STRONG ENOUGH,
TO DO WHAT I MUST DO.
IF NOT FOR YOU.

IT'S NOT FOR YOU.

So "dark" and yet quite profound! It's a universal theme to me--everyone suffers uncertainty and lack of self-confidence, and as a result we all do and say things we regret (modestly). And we all feel pressured by outside influences and people--this one makes me think those pressures will not cause any changes--whatever "you" do will be for yourself and not for anyone or anything!
That's my "take" on this one.......
